We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was amazing. In our double room there was a BEAUTIFUL view of garden. Had all necessary amenities, climate control and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was unbeatable and amazing, short walk to the lake, the lagoon and bacalar laguna, close to the 2 cenotes negro and azul.

This was just a great fit for a flying visit in Bacalar with good value. I really appreciated the complimentary kayaking available right from the shore, refreshing. Bring your own drinks, as options on-site were limited.

the stay here was perfect, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with unbeatable location near bacalar laguna, close to the 2 cenotes negro and azul, the pier, and lake. the personnel were outstandingly helpful and very helpful and made me feel welcome.

gorgeous unfurling

serene atmosphere

central spot for exploring bacalar's beauty and charm

staying here allowed me to easily stroll to cenote azul just over 1 km away and visit the lovely bird sanctuary less than a kilometer from the hotel, so I appreciated being close to those gorgeous spots for a quick escape into nature.

The room was super cozy and had awesome little extras like complimentary snacks and a beautiful view right outside my window. I loved chilling by the sun terrace and enjoyed some relaxing moments under the beach umbrellas. The only hiccup was a bit of dust on a shelf, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😊

The breakfast was divine, with pastries that could make anyone weak at the knees! Add to that the amazing lagoon views and the super friendly staff who were always ready to help out-it.

While the charm of the place is undeniable, the inside of each house needs a bit of TLC. Our bathroom cabinet was on the fritz, and the patio door screen was broken. Still, the fine hotel shines through the wear.

The garden setting was enchanting. Kayaking right from the waterfront was a highlight, especially during the beautiful sunrises. The cleanliness of the bathroom could use significant improvement, as there were hairs left from previous guests.
